• The Nutritional Support Programme has been developed to support you every step of the way to assist you over a 12 month period, culminating in a full retest at the end of the programme to help you monitor your progress.

If I join the programme what will I receive?

• A 5 day tailored meal plan created by your Nutritional Therapist, containing meals and snacks that are recommended just for you.
• Regular recipe newsletters containing new recipes for delicious and healthy meals
• Quarterly Nutritional Appointments with your dedicated  Nutritional Therapist (BANT* registered)
• Notes from each Nutritional Appointment with action points for you to follow
• Money off vouchers for free from foods
• Nutritional update bulletins
• Free retest of the FoodScan 113 programme at the end of the 12 months to monitor your progress

The programme costs €290 or €80 up front and eleven payments of €22 (by direct debit)
