About the Ideal Weight Programme

Are you eating well and exercising but still not experiencing the desired results? Perhaps you would like to achieve your ideal weight but previous diets haven’t worked and you aren’t sure why.

Our Ideal Weight Programme combines IgG antibody testing of 158 foods and drinks with tailored advice and support from our BANT* registered Nutritional Therapists. By personalising the low Glycemic Index** diet plan to reflect your specific combination of trigger foods, our programme will help you identify alternatives that should optimise your diet and give you a better chance of achieving your ideal weight.  View the full list of foods here:

**Foods and drinks that have a low GI make us feel satisfied for longer and less hungry, they are more nutritionally balanced. Low GI diets have been proven to break the vicious circle that other diets produce of losing weight and then putting it all back on.

  • Under 2 years old
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding

Raised levels of food-specific IgG antibodies within your blood indicate that an IgG antibody reaction to a particular food or foods has occurred.  If you have already taken the decision to eliminate a particular food or foods from your diet they may not show up a reaction on your results.  If you know of foods that cause you to feel unwell, do not start eating them; we cannot encourage you to eat a food or foods which you already know are a problem to you.

Ideal Weight Programme does not provide information about coeliac disease, enzyme deficiencies such as lactose and alcohol intolerance, IgE-mediated allergies, histamine sensitivity or other chemical sensitivities such as reactions to sulphites, tannins or tyramine.  The Ideal Weight Programme is only recommended for people who have food and/or drink intolerance symptoms and would like to discover if eliminating these could aid in managing their weight.
